All fees are disclosed upfront. No advance fees are charged for credit repair services unless compliant with CROA (15 U.S.C. § 1679b) and TSR §310.4(a)(2) (6-month performance window requirement).
Client onboarding may involve fees for document digitization, portal configuration, and identity authentication. No fees are ever collected in exchange for the promise of improved credit scores.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate documents, responding to identity verification requests, logging into their portal regularly, and keeping contact information current.
